FAQ

1. How is proxy authorization performed?+
Authorization is available by bound IPs and by login/password. Sticky Sessions are available on login/password gateways.
2. From how many IPs can I use the proxies at the same time?+
From 1 to 14 allowed IPs on regular plans. With login/password authorization, you can use the proxies from an unlimited number of client IPs. On a dedicated server the number of allowed IPs is unlimited.
3. Why is there one IP and many ports in the proxy list?+
This is a gateway. The real proxies are behind it. Each gateway port is a separate proxy with its own external IP.
4. What are Sticky Sessions?+
Sticky Session keeps one proxy IP assigned to a selected Session ID. Repeated requests with the same username receive the same IP until TTL expires or until you rotate it manually.
5. How do I rotate a Sticky Session IP?+
In the dashboard, click Rotate IP or open the Rotate URL. The link is protected by a token, so the browser does not ask for a separate login and password popup.
6. Why does Rotate URL return session_not_found?+
Sticky Session is created only after the first successful proxy request with that Session ID. First make one request through the sticky proxy, then use Rotate URL. This can also happen after gateway restart because sticky sessions are stored in memory.
7. What is TTL for Sticky Sessions?+
TTL is the lifetime of the sticky binding. Examples: 30s, 1m, 5m, 30m, 1h, 2h, 12h, 24h, or combined values like 1h30m. The maximum TTL depends on server configuration.
8. What is the Blacklist Filter?+
Blacklist Filter lets you choose cleaner IP pools. A lower value is stricter. For example, blacklist filter 30 selects only proxies with blacklist level not higher than 30.
9. What proxy types are available?+
You can filter by residential ISP, mobile ISP, datacenter, or a mixed residential + mobile pool where supported.
10. Can I select a country for Sticky Sessions?+
Yes. Sticky username can include a country code. If no country is specified, ANY country is used. For predictable results, select one country in the dashboard.
11. Can I pause my plan?+
No, pausing plans is not available.
12. Are there any closed ports on the proxies?+
Port 25 is closed.
13. How often are the proxies updated?+
Proxy rotation is slow. About 15% new proxies per day.
14. What is forbidden?+
Spam and DDoS using the proxies are prohibited. Port 25 is blocked.
15. Is a refund possible?+
First take a 2-hour plan to make sure the proxies suit your needs. A refund is possible only for weekly and monthly plans if no more than 3 hours have passed since purchase. Funds are returned to the wallet from which the payment was made, minus the transfer fee.
16. Why are there so many simultaneous connections?+
This often happens when software works with a browser. Images, styles and scripts are loaded in multiple threads, so one browser thread can create more than 10 simultaneous connections.
17. How stable are the gateways?+
Gateway servers are monitored continuously. During maintenance, we try to minimize downtime.
