1. How is proxy authorization performed?
To access the proxy, you must specify the ips from which you will work with the proxy. There is no access to the proxy by login and password.
2. From how many ip can I work with a proxy at the same time?
Depends on the tariff. From 1 to 12 ip. You can not buy additional ip, a new tariff only.
3. Why is there only one ip and many ports in the proxy list?
This is the gateway, behind it is the proxy. Each port has a unique proxy with a unique ip.
4. Is it possible to pause the tariff?
No, there is no such possibility.
5. Are there closed ports on the proxy?
Port 25 is closed
6. How often are proxies updated?
Proxy rotation is slow. About 15% of new proxies per day.
7. Proxies don't work! What to do?
Most often, clients confuse the list of proxies. There are different links for HTTP and SOCKS5. Also check that the ip from which you are using the proxy is registered in the tariff. With a significant excess of simultaneous connections, an automatic ban for 30 minutes is possible. The control panel shows how many more minutes of the ban are left. If nothing helped, contact technical support.
8. Is moneyback possible?
Take the tariff for 2 hours first to make sure that the proxies are suitable. Moneyback is possible only on weekly and monthly tariffs, if no more than 2 hours have passed since the purchase. The funds are returned to the wallet from which the payment was made minus the transfer fee.
9. Why are there so many simultaneous connections? Fewer threads are configured in the software. The tariff is often banned.
Such a complaint is often written by clients whose software works with the browser. Pictures, styles, scripts in the browser are loaded multi-threaded, so one thread in the browser can create more than 10 simultaneous connections.
